Episode 13 is Mike’s first episode back from the Patriots’ epic Super Bowl collapse against the “still awful” New York Giants. After a short lament, the guys examine what has happened to Hall of Famers in the twilight of their career, and how history might allow us to look inside the Peyton Manning situation in Denver.

School Committee goes back to drawing board

On April 11, 2012, The Dedham School Committee’s Subcommittee on Re-Districting held a public meeting to discuss proposed Dedham School District changes. This meeting was held after the full School Committee met a week before to inform the community of the proposed changes, which had parents up in arms that their children may have to change schools after the end of the current school year.

The move was intended to allow the public to provide the subcommittee with more public input, something many parents had felt they were not allowed to do during the previous meetings held regarding this issue.

Talking “Election 2012″

Episode 4 of Dedham’s all-new, controversial show “Talking Points” hit the airwaves last Tuesday night featuring guests Steve Straight and U Mass Lowell Political Science Professor George W. Anthes. Host Ben Bush once again stirred the pot of controversy, bringing up the touchy subjects of Voter ID systems and the 2012 Presidential Election.

Besides getting excited about the new graphics, (courtesy of Dedham TV’s Dan Hallissey), host Ben Bush expressed his interest in having the show be a continual platform for heated political arguments.

A Look at Dedham’s own “Irish Rambler”

Dedham’s very own Dan Hallissey has been hosting the Irish Rambler Radio Show for quite some time at the studios of Dedham TV. However, this past December marked Dan’s last show on the air, ending the weekly simulcast of America’s Premiere Irish Entertainment. In the past, Dan was known for his weekly broadcasts with over 50,000 listeners nationwide, as well as his trivia questions garnering hundreds of answers each week.

Now, Dan still spends his time filming events for Dedham TV and running his own media company, Avendes.
